My Order

How can I make an order?

Once product is chosen, click on 'Add to Cart' and 'Checkout'
Enter your Billing & Shipping details
Then click 'Place an order'.

I got wrong brand/or not correct dosage

Sometimes our shipping warehouse is out of stock of the exact products you purchased.

If they are planning to get a refill soon (within 1 week) we usually ask them to wait and ship only after the correct products are available.
But if they are uncertain about the refill date we always ask to send a replacement. This is done to make sure that you will get your products on time cause lots of customers are missing items for the next cycle.

When we have to replace the brand we always ask to send a more expensive one. This means that you get the products of the same quality but from a more expensive brand.

In a rare case when we replace the brand you purchase with a lower price brand we are always ready to send you the difference back to you: we send back part of your payment plus add some bonus products to your next order.

If you got a substance of lower dosage you need to check the quantity of ampoules/vials/pills you got. Because if we are forced to replace 50mg tabs with 25mg tabs we always ship double quantity to make sure that you will get the desired dosage.

BUT IF OUR REPLACEMENT DOES NOT MAKE YOU HAPPY please submit a ticket with the subject "Wrong brand/dosage" HERE and we will try to work something out.

Do I need a prescription to order?

A prescription is NOT required to order our products.

What is the maximum amount I can order at one time?

We have no limits to how much you can order. However, you should consult a qualified person regarding the quantity you would like to order, since there may be import regulations on those specific products in quantity.



We recommend our first time client to do a test purchase and after you see that you happy with our services we will be glad to serve you more.

My delivery address is different from billing address

This is not a problem as long as the names on credit card and on shipping destination are the same. But in case we are advised by payment gateway to check this order please be prepared that we will need additional verification.



If billing country is different from shipping country we require to pay via any alternative payment method.

Order arrived but it’s not complete

Please contact us when you have such problem. We will need you to send us the picture of what you got including package labels. This will help us to investigate how this happened to prevent such problems in the future. Usually we come back with the result of investigation within 2 business days. As a result we can offer you redelivery of missing items, partial refund, credit towards your new purchase and discount coupon to compensate this problem.

What if my payment is constantly not being accepted?

Sometimes our payment provider flags customers and does not accept their payment details or can not charge their cards.

Our payment methods


We are one of the few online steroids stores that accept payment with major credit cards.

But we prefer our first time clients not to place orders for more than $750 using their credit card.



First time clients with orders of more than $750 are advised to pay via bank transfer or money transfer (like Moneygram), or bitcoins. These payment methods do not require any verification and customers who use them get 10% discount on expensive orders every time they pay not via credit card.



Our second time customers get discount on every new order and are welcome to pay via credit card for any amount.

Payment was refunded with 10% bonus. WHY?

Sometimes we can't ship due to some problems with stock.
That's why we can issue FULL refund of payment PLUS 10% above to compensate your time and efforts.


Payment is usually sent to PayPal account.
If you did not get it let us know.
We are going to have full stock back available in 24-48 hours so you can order again in 2 days.

How long do deposits/payment approvals take?


Execution/approval times can vary, but typical estimated times are listed below.



Credit cards: 1-3 business days

Bank transfers: 3-15 business days

Western Union: 1-3 business days

Bitcoins: 1 business day



ATTENTION: First Time Customers deposits may require at least 2 additional business days for each of the payment methods.



Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for all deposits before assuming something is wrong with the payment and contacting support.



Some of our payment providers may request additional KYC documents on a case by case basis before processing payments. It's the customer's duty to pass these requirements because otherwise, we will not get your payment added to our account.

I paid - but my order status was not updated!

Sometimes payment provider places payments are on hold for a few days until they verify that sender is genuine.


Please send us your transaction ID from the receipt that you got after payment.


We will research from our end and add your funds towards your account balance and thus your order will be marked as paid.

How is my payment processed?

Once you submit your payment via credit card we may require to verify your order. This is why it’s important for us to have your valid phone number. If order does not pass our verification or if we are not able to contact yout then your credit card payment will not be accepted and we will offer you to pay via alternative payment method described above.



Once your payment is verified and pass our antifraud control your card gets charged. Usually approved payments are processed and cleared within 1-2 business days and your order is passed for shipping after that.

I placed order but my card is not charged?

Your card is not charged immediately after your purchase. The verification process takes from 2 hours to 2 business days. If your card is not charged within 2 business days after your purchase please contact us and we’ll investigate this.

We will send you an invoice that you will be able to pay by credit card.

Can I pay via bank transfer and are there any advantages if I choose this payment method?

We offer 5% discount on any order paid via bank transfer. Plus we cover bank transfer fees. For example, if your order is for $400 and you are willing to pay money via bank the total you will need to send is going to be $400 – $20 (5% discount) – $40 (bank transfer fee) = $340



If your order total is more than $750 we offer 10% discount together with any other discount you get (returning customer, promo code or any special promotion discounts) plus we compensate bank transfer fees.



European customers may pay via Uberweisung (Germany) and IBAN transfer to our EU bank account. SEPA transfers are free of charge and you get 10% discount on any order.

Payments via bank do not require any verification and are normally processed and cleared within 1-2 business days. So you get your order faster.

What discounts do you offer?

We have the following list of discounts available right now:

5% discount on orders less than $750 if payment method is bank transfer, money transfer or bitcoins.
10% discount on orders with total more than $750 if payment method is bank transfer, money transfer or bitcoins.
5% on any returning customer order.
10% on any returning customer order with the value of more than $750 (no matter what payment method is chosen).

Double Charged

The reason why you got 2 charges in your card is that it was declined on our first payment gateway due to some missmatch in billing address with the info that you have on file with your bank. Another charge (second one) was approved. But the problem is that the fist charge is not a charge. It's just pre-authorization that will be cancelled automatically within few days.



If you wish to have the first charge to be cancelled faster you will need to call your credit card company (the number to call should be at the back of their card) to ask them to release the pre-authorization right now or else they will have to wait for 3 to 7 business days.



Please do not cancel second charge. Otherwise we will not be able to ship your order.

Payment sent by bank transfer has not arrived

Please provide us your wire transfer confirmation and supply us with the following info:


1 Sender name
2 Bank account that was used

3 Exact amount that was sent

4 Payment memo that was used.



We will contact our bank to find it from our end.

Payment sent by Western Union money transfer has not arrived

Please provide us your wire transfer confirmation and supply us with the following info:


1 Sender name and city
2 Money transfer control number and date of transfer

3 Exact amount that was sent



We will contact Western Union and our bank to find your transfer from our end.

I paid - but my order status was not changed!

You should send us screenshot of your payment receipt and we will solve this if your order is not marked as "paid" after 48 hours of payment.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Delay! COVID-19 effects…

Due to all global post services operations stop we experience delay in deliveries of our packages to our customers.

Every post that we are using (The majority of EU countries, India, Singapore, Thailand and others) are not shipping to USA right now or ship WITH DELAY.

We send out our packages regular way (within 3-5 business days after payment), but our packages lay down in post offices or stuck on the route to our client.
The major problem is USPS hub in New York City, where majority of our packages are routed.
You can easily see this using tracking codes that we provide and usps.com site.

If a tracking code is not working - then it will become available within next 10 business days. This means that order was packed and left in post office and is simply delaying shipping out from our warehouse country right now.

We also try to ship your orders from other locations.
For example, after India closed their postal services we started to ship those orders from Europe instead. In such cases we replace products of one brand with another. This is done to ensure that our customer will at least get products. And if you are not satisfied with the quality we will send you some free products with your next order.

You should not be worried of scam of any kind. You paid us with credit cards and thus you have 180 days to claim your money. You are protected from non-delivery.

WE JUST ASK YOU TO WAIT 10-15 MORE BUSINESS DAYS.
You will see that we are not scammers. We can show you tracking codes that are really being delayed from delivery to our customers addresses because of bad postal office work.

My order arrived to my country more than 10 days ago, but still no delivery


Right now due to slow work on every stage because of the pandemic situation. Planes do not fly so often, custom officers do not process control so fast as they used to, shipping companies do not have so many postmen to deliver packages due to isolation.

These factors also influence on the time of shipping of your orders within your country.

It's often situation nowadays when you see that your order is delivered to your country but you do not get a package delivered to your doors.

In this case, you need to contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking code.
They should be able to provide you fresh update where your package is located now.
They will also advise how long will you have to wait more to get it delivered.

We are not able to influence post office work at this stage so all we can advise is to contact post as often as it's possible.

How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?

Order confirmation with the list of purchased products is sent to your contact email once order is placed.


Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order within up to 2-5 business days. Shipping time depends on various factors such as method of our shipping, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc., which is why we can only give you an approximation based on our statistics and former experience.



Usually shipping to USA (where most our customers are coming from) takes from 7 to 15 business days once tracking code is provided.

How products are shipped?

Upon successful payment, your order is passed for shipping and tracking code is provided within 2-5 business days.

How are bulk/large quantity orders shipped?

If the order is too large enough to not fit in the same shipment envelope as a small sized order, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages. No matter how large your order is, we reassure you the same discretion level and repackaging is used as with a small sized order. Plus no matter on your order size you will pay shipping fee only once.

How long does the shipping process take?

The estimated delivery time is 5-17 working days, depending on the destination:
- 5-12 business days to the USA, Canada, Europe, and Asia;
- 8-17 business days to South Africa.

Is there a possibility for a shipping delay?

Shipping time depends on various factors such as postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc., which is why we give you an approximation based on our statistics and former experience.



Usually 80-85% of airmail packages arrive with 10 days, and 15-20% arrive within 10-15 business days. This is a reflection of inconsistencies with various postal representatives, and not services provided by us. The main delay happens due to custom clearance in country where the products are being sent from and custom in destination country. In case you see that your tracking code does not move during 5 days this is the main reason why this happens.



Every international shipment normally passes through the local and national postal service in the country of origin, then exportation, as well as shipment transfer through ports of exit, transit to destination country with international postal service, importation in destination country (customs clearance), and finally the local and national postal service in the destination country. Each successive step has an impact on the delivery time. Even if the majority of these steps are successfully executed in a timely manner, inefficiency or temporary inactivity during any single step is enough to extend delivery time over the usual and allotted time frame.

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes.

Is a signature required for shipping and why?

Yes, our shipping method requires signature from your side upon delivery. This allows us to fight any fraudulent chargeback when customer gets his order and claims he never received anything. We have 99% successful rate of winning such credit card disputes because we provide correspondence with our customer, their order details, picture of our parcel and confirmation from postal service that item is delivered. On the contrary, every fraudulent dispute harms credit report of fraud and influences his credit history plus makes him pay from $25 to $200 for unlawful dispute.

Where do you ship from?

Shipping is arranged from India, Singapore, Thailand, European Union. Our organization name is not indicated on any package and shipments are made from various shipping points to ensure maximum discretion and highest probability of successful delivery.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide.

What if package is seized by custom?

We have 99.9% success delivery rate to the USA, Canada, Europe, and South Africa. Even if products get seized (1% possibility based on our statistics through the years), we offer redelivery or credit towards new purchase on our site. We will just need you to email us official notification from the post office or custom that the package was stopped and we’ll arrange a new delivery within 10 business days.

Shipping site says tracking does not exist

Tracking can be done after 72 hours because from our delivery center package goes to logistics warehouse and awaits custom. If tracking code does not appear in the system after 3 business days please contact us and we’ll investigate this.



We recommend our USA customers to use track-trace.com site until item reaches USA. After that you can use USPS site to track your package. We recommend you to enter your email on USPS site to get every update on delivery status.

My tracking code does not move

Usually this happens when items are being held on custom and are waiting custom clearance. This does not mean any problem. But if your tracking code shows no progress within 10 days please contact us and we’ll investigate this. We also can advise you to contact your local EMS (USPS) office with the tracking code to get detailed info where item is right now.

Reshipping too long

We understand that you want to get products as soon as possible.

But our goal is to deliver it to you without any problems.



If we ship packages with anabolic steroids one after another to you - your custom service can start checking ALL the packages sent to YOUR address from all over the world.



So there is a delay with shipping.

Also packages pass through EXPORT custom control. If we ship packages to the same address every 1-2 weeks - it can be seized at export control.



Usually, reshipping of seized packages is arranged within 10-15 business days.
If the reason for reshipping are broken or missing items we arrange reshipping within 5 business days.
